| 摘 要： | 由于近几年炼油化工装置规模变大,其中管道压力和管径越来越大,管道试压盲板的选择与计算成为试压过程的难点。本文重点介绍盲板的形式和厚度的计算,并对试压用盲板的厚度选用及减薄问题进行了探讨。为压力管道系统试压中关键参数的确定提供了充分的理论依据,同时对试压成本控制提出了一点合理化建议。
