摘    要:介绍了兖矿7.63m焦炉概况,从焦炉结构、焦炉设备、焦炉加热煤气、焦炉操作及入炉煤挥发分等影响因素方面分析了兖矿7.63m焦炉炉顶空间温度高的原因,总结了降低炉顶空间温度的各项措施:提高推焦均匀性、加强四大车及炉门维护、加强装煤和上升管清理、降低入炉煤挥发分及加强热工调节等,并对降低7.63m焦炉炉顶空间温度提出了几点建议。

Abstract:The 7.63m coke oven in the Yankuang International Company was introduced and the factors that caused the high temperature at the top space of the coke oven was probed into from such factors as the structure,equipment,heating gas and the operation of the coke oven,as well as the volatile matter of the feed coal.The various measures to bring down the top space temperature was summed up,e.g.improve the K_3 factor,strengthen the maintenance of the oven cars and doors,strengthen the coal charging and the cleanin...
