摘    要:在对塔里木油田公司牙哈处理站液化气分馏塔塔顶空冷器的现有工艺及控制分析基础上,提出了采用增加变频控制方案对塔顶空冷器进行优化,在减少生产装置改动的前提下达到节能降耗、增加产品产量、稳定分馏系统操作的目的。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the current process and control method of air cooler on LPG fractionator in Yaha operation area,a scheme using frequency cascade control algorithm was put forward for optimization of the LPG fractionator.On the premise of reducing the changes of production devise,the propose for optimization was made to decrease the consumption of energy,increase the LPG production rate and stable the fractionation system operation.The result showed good.
