| 摘 要： | 分析了左、右静簧片零件的工艺特性,介绍了左、右静簧片级进模具的设计过程。该模具经多年实际使用,运行平稳、可靠,实现在一副模具上生产2种不同零件,有效地保证了零件关键尺寸的精度,避免了零件细引脚变形,大大减少拆模、修模次数,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of characteristics of left and right stationary spring leaf,the progressive die for the two parts was designed.The progressive die operated well during years of production.Two parts were formed in one die,which could ensure the precision of key dimensions,avoid the deformation of thin pins,reduce the frequency of die dismantling and repairing,and improve the production efficiency. |
