| 摘 要： | 国内军工企业大多以产品零部件生产为单位建立生产资源配置，造成生产资源分散，难以发挥整体优势，为此探索了敏捷制造生产管理模式，构建了专业化的柔性生产线和信息化集成平台。通过分析研究复杂军工产品制造供应链，提出了面向军工生产的核心供应链管理模型；设计了包含电子产品模块化制造、结构产品柔性化机加、流程化总装过程控制的专业化、柔性化制造总体技术；开展了信息化集成平台技术研究，建立了面向生产计划、技术、质量和车间业务管理流程的集成平台总体框架，以及支持快速响应的信息集成平台并进行了初步应用，为航天复杂产品生产管理实现快速响应奠定了技术基础。
