| 摘 要： | 研究了氯乙醇酸性精馏,利用氯乙醇水溶液与盐酸等有机组份相对挥发度的区别,采用普通精馏方法先后将氯乙醇、盐酸从多组份混合物中分离出来,并获得工艺控制条件。提出了对现有氯乙醇精馏工艺改造的具体措施,以及对酸回收工作的展望。

| Abstract: | A process for chlorohydrin acid rectification and acid recovery has been studied. A 32％ chlorohydrin solution and hydrochloric acid are respectively separated from a multi-component mixture by conventional rectification taking advantage of the difference in the relative volatility of the organic components. Optimum process control conditions are obtained. Measures for transforming the existing chlorohydrin rectification and acid recovery process are proposed. |
