| 摘 要： | 给出了由计算机(以下简称PC)及可编程控制器(以下简称PLC)组成的主从式监控系统在电力电容器卷制机中的应用。PC机完成电容器卷制过程的后台监控，PLC系统(由CPU模块、高速计数模块、A／D模块、D／A模块、通信块等组成)负责具体的现场控制。控制分为卷制圈数及速度的闭环控制、阀门汽缸等开关器件的顺序控制。并分析了各种控制原理和软硬件设计方法。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a kind of Host-slave supervision and control system which consists of personal computer (PC) and programmable logic controller (PLC), which is applied in electrical capacitor winding machine. The PC is responsible of monitoring the procedure of capacitor winding in backside. The PLC system , which consists of CPU module, high-speed counter module, A/D module, D/A module, and communicating module, is responsible of on-line controlling of capacitor winding. The control system is divided into two kinds of system: closed-loop control for winding loop count and speed, and sequnce control for valve, cylinder, switching and etc. This paper also analyses the control principle and design methods of software and hardware. |
