多通道温度精确控制模块设计

摘    要:本文以C8051F020为控制芯片,通过改进的PID算法,实现了对五路温度准确控制模块的设计,能稳定控制在±0.5℃。该模块通过485串口与上位机进行通信设定要求的温度,且具有液晶显示输出界面。该模块可广泛应用在工业控制领域,已经成功应用于枕形包装机中。

Abstract:In this paper, the control C8051F020 chip, through improved PID algorithm, the accuracy of multi-channel temperature control module design, stable control of ± 1 ℃ . The module 485 to communicate with the host computer serial port to set the required temperature, and has a liquid crystal display output interface. The module can be widely used in industrial control. Has been successfully used in the control system of cubic packaging machine.
