浅埋深大采高矿压监测与分析

摘    要:针对杨家村浅埋深大采高的现状与特点,在222203工作面安设了17台KJ216矿用观测设备对工作面进行矿压观测。结果表明:该矿初次来压时压力现象明显,最大值超过支架的额定阻力,周期来压步距范围为8.5~17.5m。同时,顶板破断明显,地表塌陷剧烈,塌陷裂缝几乎垂直于工作面。该研究为大采高浅埋深工作面来压情况及顶板管理提供了可靠的数据依据。

Abstract:In view of the present situation and characteristics of the shallow burial depth and high cutting coal mining face in Yanfjiacun mine,we used the KJ216 type mine observation equipment to observe and analysis the coal layer pressure on the 222203 coal mining face in Yanfjiacun Mine.The results showed that when the mine initial pressurized Pressure phenomenon was obvious,and supporter pressure roof pressure was bigger than the Rated resistance of support,the periodical weighting step distance of coal mining face was ranging from 8.5m to 17.5m.Meanwhile the roof breaking was rather obvious,and surface collapsing was violent,ground fissures almost perpendicular to the working face.This study provide a reliable basis of experimental data and strength to the strata behaviors of the shallow burial depth and high cutting coal mining face and roof controlled.
