摘    要:研究以葡萄糖为原料合成法生产甘露醇的工艺条件,优化葡萄糖空间异构化、甘露糖氢化、甘露醇结晶以及甘露醇结晶母液中甘露醇和山梨醇色谱分离等工艺参数。结果表明:葡萄糖浓度50%~60%,pH在3~3.5之间,钼酸铵加入量0.2~0.3%,温度100℃~110℃,反应时间1.5 h~2 h,甘露糖转化率可达到30%以上;pH在7~8之间,雷尼镍催化剂用量6%,反应温度120℃~140℃,氢气压力4.5~8 MPa,反应时间1.5 h,甘露醇总收率可达到60%。

Abstract:Research to the production of glucose for the synthesis of mannitol process conditions to optimize space isomerization of glucose,mannose,hydrogenation,mannitol and mannitol crystallization mother liquor in the crystallization of mannitol and sorbitol chromatographic separation process parameters.The results showed: glucose concentration 50% ~ 60%,pH between 3 to 3.5,the amount of ammonium added 0.2 to 0.3%,temperature 100 ℃ ~ 110 ℃,reaction time is 1.5 h ~ 2 h,mannose conversion rate can reach 30 % or more;pH between 7 to 8,6% of Raney nickel catalyst,reaction temperature 120 ℃ ~ 140 ℃,hydrogen pressure 4.5 ~ 8MPa,reaction time 1.5 h,the total yield of mannitol up to 60%.
