摘    要:集中参数模型被广泛用来进行侧面碰撞安全分析,求解模型参数的方法主要有整车准静态试验法和整车有限元线性化法,综合这两种方法的优点,提出了一种非线性反求法。该方法利用分段参数修匀对GB20071-2006法规试验车侧面碰撞测试数据进行拟合,将拟合后的结果作为系统输入,通过MATLAB软件建立侧面碰撞下汽车集中参数非线性动力学系统模型。利用该反求模型可反求出汽车吸能部件和假人结构部件的刚度特性,与试验法和线性化法的结果相比,利用该反求模型反求出的刚度值非线性特征明显,更接近真实值。

Abstract:The lumped-parameter model has been used widely to analyze the vehicle safety in front-to-side impact.There are two methods that full-scale vehicle quasi-static test and finite element simulation impact to obtain the factors of lumped-parameter model.Based on the two methods,a new method titled nonlinear reverse was developed.The least square function of piecewise parameter approximation was used to fit the test data of front-to-side impact according to the rules of China.Inputting the results a lumped-parameter model of nonlinear dynamic system in vehicle front-toside impact was built by using MATLAB software.Then the rigidity characteristics of the lumpedparameter model,and the structure components of dummy were reversed,and the results were compared with that of testing and linear methods.The rigidity characteristics reversed present nonlinear which are more close to truth values.
