| 摘 要： | 在固定床反应器中以甲醇、乙醇为原料研究制取季戊四醇合成原料的反应。确定适宜反应条件是：甲醇与乙醇摩尔比为６：１，反应温度为５００℃，空气流量为０．２ｍ~３／ｈ，得到的反应产物中甲醛与乙醛摩尔比是８．１２６：１，满足合成季戊四醇的原料配比。

| Abstract: | The preparation of the raw material of pentaerythritol in is studied in the fixed-bed reactor with methanol and ethanol as materials. The technological conditions are determined with moles ratio of methanol and ethanol 6:1, reaction temperature 500℃ and the flow of air 0. 2 m￣3 /h.In the product,the moles ratio of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde is 8.126:1 which is nearer.the optimum rotio of the preparation of pentaeryth ritol. |
