| 摘 要： | 激光熔覆过程中工艺参数对熔覆质量有很大的影响。着重探讨了熔覆过程中各工艺参数的闭环控制问题。采用改进的测温传感器实现对熔池温度的测量和闭环控制，采用多个传感器对熔覆层高度进行测控，熔覆成形工件的质量明显优于单传感器控制。

| Abstract: | The technical parameters can affect the properties of the laser cladding greatly. This paper mainly discusses the closed loop control system of the technical parameters of laser cladding. The melt pool temperature can be measured with an improved temperature sensor system,therefore it is convenient to realize the closed loop control of the temperature. Using multi sensor system to measure and control molten layer is evidently better than single sensor system. |
