| 摘 要： | 人类社会的发展和科学技术的进步，将企业管理理论的发展推到了文化管理的崭新阶段。以企业文化建设为统领地位的企业管理模式，成为了后续企业管理领域不可逆转的发展趋势。我国的企业文化建设还只是处于初级阶段，因此，关于企业文化和企业文化建设的研究，是我国理论界和企业界需要共同面对的一个亟待深入开掘的重大课题。

| Abstract: | The development of the human society and advancement of the science and technology have pushed the enterprise management theory to the new high level of cultural management, The management model that the enterprise culture construction stands at top position has became the development trend for the future enterprise management field. The construction of the enterprise culture in China is still in the primary stage. The research about the enterprise culture and its construction is an important topic to the China theorists and enterprisers. |
