往复式压缩机橇装设计之总体配管

摘    要:橇装往复式压缩机设备多、管线系统复杂,空间紧凑。在设计时应首先考虑设备总体布置要求,其次应特别注意气体管线的防振设计。针对总体布置原则和气体管道系统的振动机理及控制措施进行了简单阐述,可优化往复式压缩机成橇布置及管线系统设计。

Abstract:In the reciprocating compressor skid,the quantity of the equipments is big,the piping are complex,so the space is so compact.When designing,except for the satisfaction of the requirements of the general layout,the design of the gas lines that may create vibration are highlighted.The principle of the general layout and the vibration mechanism and control are discussed,which can be used in the general and piping layout and can optimize the design.
