摘    要:采用氯化铵焙烧法处理福泉磷肥厂的镍磷铁并提取其中的镍,研究氯化铵与镍磷铁矿质量比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等工艺条件对镍磷铁矿氯化焙烧浸出效果的影响。结果表明:当焙烧温度为773 K、焙烧时间为15 min、氯化铵与矿料质量比为0.8∶1.0时,镍在常温下水浸5 min的浸出率为86.19%。

Abstract:NH4Cl roasting treatment was used to deal with nickel-phosphorus iron and extract the nickel in the Fuquan phosphate fertilizer plant. The influence of mass ration of ammonium chloride and nick- el-phosphorus iron ore, baking temperature and baking time process conditions etc on Nickel-phosphorus iron ore leaching effect of chlorination roasting is researched. The result shows that the leaching rate is 86.19% under the condition of nickel flooded 5 minute at room temperature, the calcination temperature of 773K, the roasting time of 15 min, ammonium chloride and mineral aggregate ratio of 0. 8:1.0.
