摘    要:针对克拉玛依油田七中区佳木河组裂缝性油藏特点,HW703水平并选用了PAC系列、两性离子聚合物(XY27、JT888)钻井完井液体系。室内试验及现场实践表明,该体系抑制地层造浆能力强,防塌润滑性能好,有良好的流变性、滤失性和揭岩能力,完全能满足水平井各井段钻井工程要求。此外,采用屏蔽暂堵技术能有效地封堵裂缝,保护油层。

The Techniques of Drilling and Completion Fluids for HW703 Horizontal Well

Abstract:To focus on the light of the features of fissure-type oil resevoir of Karamay Oilfield, the PAC and complex ionic polymer (XY27, JT888) drilling and completion fluids were used in HW703 horizontal well. Tests at both laboratory and wellsite indicate that these fluids have the advantage of good inhibiting, lubricating,rheologic, filtrating and rock-carrying ability which can meet the demond of drilling operation.Shielding temporory plugging method was used to effecttively protect oil reservoir.
