摘    要:针对某火电厂2100t/h锅炉水封槽部位水冷壁管爆漏问题,通过宏观检验,化学成分、力学性能及金相组织分析等手段对其原因进行了分析,认为该爆管属于应力拉裂所致。对此,提出了相应的预防措施和建议。

Abstract:Directing against the problems of water-wall tube burst and leakage in seal-water tank for a 2100 t/h boiler in one thermal power plant, the cause analysis has been carried out through several means, such as macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance analysis, and metallurgical structure analysis etc.. It is considered that the tube burst belongs in stress pull-breakage, and corresponding preventive measures and recommendations having been put forward for the said failures.
