印染废水的脱色研究

摘    要:研究了用3种无机混凝剂对印染废水脱色,结果表明:硫酸铁与硫酸铝复配脱色效果优于硫酸亚铁与硫酸铝复配;2种复配对生化池中废水的脱色效果均比原水的脱色效率高,而且硫酸铁与硫酸铝复配脱色率超过90%,处理水完全可达标排放;复配比、pH、搅拌速度时间比对硫酸铁与硫酸铝复配脱色效果影响不是很大,但对硫酸亚铁与硫酸铝复配脱色效果影响大。

Abstract:Decoloration for printing and dyeing wastewater with three inorganic c oaglatants are studied.The results shows that:the decoloration effects of Fe 2 (SO 4 ) 3 and Al 2 (SO 4 ) 3 is better than ferrous sulphate -alu minium sulphate;the decoloration effects for water f rom biochemical tank with two coagla tant combination is better than for r aw water,and decoloration effects of sulphate of iron -aluminium sulphate is over90%,the treated water meets the dis-charged standard;The ratio of combination,pH,the tim e ration of whisking speed affect lig htly on the decoloration effects of sulphate of iron -alumini um sulphate,but greatly on the decoloration effects of ferrous sulphate-alu-minium sulphate.
