摘 要: | WCEC-Ⅰ型填料是一种开孔型塑料填料。它具有通量大、压降小、气液分布均匀和不易堵塞等优点。通过测量和试验,获得该填料的几何特性与填料因子。并提出泛点填料因子和压降填料因子的关联式:φF=177.8L~(257) 0~(-3)和φ=66.2L~(2.923 10-2)其代表值分别可取为:φF=180n~(-1)和φ=73m~(-1)。

Abstract: | WCEC-I, an opened-type plastic packing, has the advantages of large flow area, low pressure drop, uniform gas-liquid distribution and non-blinding etc. The geometric property and the packing factors of WCEC-I are measured by experiments, and the relationships of the factor at flooding velocity and liquid rate, the factor of pressure drop and liquid rate are presented as: where the typical value of φ_F and φ can be taken as 180 and 73 m~(-1) respectively |
