光伏发电系统高增益DC/DC变换器的研究

摘    要:介绍了多种应用于光伏发电系统的前级DC/DC电路拓扑的优缺点,总结了DC/DC变换器应用于光伏发电系统中出现的新技术。提出了4种软开关高性能、高增益DC/DC非隔离及隔离型变换器的基本思想,以实现所有功率开关管的软开关。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of these circuit topologies were discussed,and the new technolo-gies were summarized that the DC-DC converters were applied in photovoltaic power generation system.Meanwhile,the basic idea of four high-gain soft-switching high-performances DC-DC converter of non-isolated and isolated was proposed,and all of these converters could achieve soft-switching in power switch.
