光伏并网逆变器人机接口单元的设计

摘    要:人机接口单元的设计方案以微控制器为核心,通过带光电隔离的RS-485总线分别与并网逆变器的控制系统和上位计算机连接。设计了人机接口单元的硬件电路;用模块化方法设计人机接口单元的软件,重点讨论人机接口单元的通信协议设计。在一台并网逆变器上完成人机接口单元的运行试验。试验结果显示,所设计的人机接口单元工作可靠,实现了人机接口的功能,且不会对并网逆变器的并网发电运行造成影响,具有一定的工程实用价值。
