交流接触器节能控制模块的研究

摘    要:针对两种线圈结构的交流接触器分别设计了节能控制模块,制作电路板并完成了电路调试和试验测试工作.结果显示,接触器能够在国家规定的电压波动范围内满足铁心吸合和释放的要求,同时线圈功耗能够达到国家规定的2级水平,线圈温升满足国家标准规定要求.同时价格低廉,符合工业生产和使用的要求.

Abstract:Two energy conservation control modules were designed for AC contactor with different coil structure,the circuit board was made and the electric circuit debugging and the test experiments were completed.The results showed that the modules could operate in the voltage range stipulated by industry,the rate of energy conservation could achieve the second level of national standard,the temperature rise of coil also satisfy the requirements.In addition,the modules cost low and conform to the requirement of indus...
