大型碳锰钢轴类锻件密集性缺陷分析

摘    要:对大型碳锰钢轴类锻件中出现的超声波探伤密集性缺陷进行解剖.将缺陷部位重新探伤定位切取后,通过横向、径向和切向低倍观察、金相、金相区及断口区扫描电镜观察以及EDS(能谱)分析,最终确定造成密集性缺陷的原因为钙铝酸盐夹杂物和镁铝尖晶石夹杂物含量超标.其中钙铝酸盐夹杂物来源于保护渣,而镁铝尖晶石夹杂物来源于钢包内衬耐火材料.

Abstract:The group defects of heavy carbon manganese steel shaft forgings was studied by dissectional analysis.By transverse,radial and tangential macro apperances,metallography examination and(EDS) spectrum analysis to investigate the properties of defects.Alumina magnesia spinel and calcium-aluminate inclusions excessive caused the defects.Calcium-aluminate inclusions were from slags and alumina magnesia spinel inclusions were from ladle lining.
