热塑性塑料基/稻壳粉复合材料的发烟特性

摘    要:应用锥形量热仪研究稻壳粉填充常见热塑性塑料聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料在燃烧过程中的发烟行为.结果表明:在热辐射功率50 kW/m~2下,PVC/稻壳粉复合材料点燃时间最长.燃烧早期阶段,PVC/稻壳粉的烟释放速率和总烟释放量远大于PE/稻壳粉和PP/稻壳粉.在整个燃烧过程中,PE/稻壳粉总烟释放量最大,PP/稻壳粉最小,PVC/稻壳粉的CO产生速率一直远大于其它两者,而PE/稻壳粉和PP/稻壳粉的CO产生速率相近.CO_2生成速率大小次序依次为PE/稻壳粉、PP/稻壳粉和PVC/稻壳粉.分析比较得出PE/稻壳粉和PP/稻壳粉复合材料两者的发烟特性相近,而PVC/稻壳粉复合材料发烟特性明显不同于前两者.

Abstract:The smoking characteristics of the rice hull flour filled with common thermoplastics polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) , polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composites were evaluated by cone calorimeter. The results showed that the time to ignition(TTI) of rice hull flour/PVC was the longest of all when the incident heat flux below 50 kW/m~2. On the early stage of combustion, the rate of smoke release(RSR) and total smoke release (TSR) of rice hull flour/PVC were more bigger than those rice hull flour/PE and rice hull flour/PP. In the process of combustion, the RSR of rice hull flour/PE was the biggest of all,and the RSR of rice hull flour/PP was the smallest of all,the P_(CO) (CO production rate) of rice hull flour/PVC was bigger than others, the P_(CO) of rice hull flour/PE and rice hull flour/PP were similar. The descending order of P_(CO) (CO_2 production rate) was rice hull flour/PE, rice hull flour/PP and rice hull flour/PVC. After compared and analyzed, it was found that the smoking characteristics of rice hull flour/PE and rice hull flour/PP were similar,but the smoking properties of rice hull flour/ PVC were obvious different from others.
