| Abstract: | The paper discusses someting about higher school teachers' training before taking teaching position.Recently,education reform is going on in China's institutions of higher education. Quality education needs much better teachers. So,the paper presents a few pieces of advice on higher school teachers' training before taking teaching position in order to bring up a group of teachers with higher quality. |
