| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作的对象是人，任务是育人，塑造人。用什么样的方法育人，中以大量事例说明唯物辩证法是做好思想政治工作的有力思想武器。只有学入学习和灵活运用辩证法，掌握矛盾对立统一，事物发展由量变到质变及工作中“虚”与“实”、“因”与“果”的辩证关系，才能把思想政治工作做实做好。
