摘    要:钢质曲轴螺孔攻丝加工中经常出现螺纹烂牙、中径扩大等问题,且刀具寿命较短。通过对攻丝切削力和丝锥排屑特点的分析,确定径向力、轴向力和排屑不畅是影响攻丝质量的主要因素。通过优化丝锥结构型式和几何参数,改善了攻丝切削状况,实现了提高攻丝质量、延长丝锥寿命的目的。

Abstract:During tapping in steel crankshafts, the most commonly encountered problems are “mess tooth” and oversize thread, additionally the tap life is very low. Based on the analysis of tapping force system and characteristic of chip removal, it is confirmed that radial force, axial force and jam of chip removal are the main reasons for poor thread quality. By optimizing tap types and geometrical parameters, the cutting condition is improved, and the purpose of upgrading threading quality and extending tap life is realized finally.
