摘    要:稀土添加剂在电沉积中主要起诱导剂、导体、特性吸附、晶核作用等。简述了稀土添加剂在国内镀锌、铬、镍、锡、铁、铜工艺上的应用研究进展。稀土添加荆可改善镀液性能,提高镀层质量,有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The functions of rare earth elements as additives in electrodeposition process include inductor, conductor, specific adsorption and nucleation. The processes of application research of rare earth elements as additives on zinc, chromium, nickel, tin, iron, copper plating were described. Rare earth elements can improve the plating bath performance and deposit quality, and has good application prospect.
