超精密机床中柔性铰链的结构多目标模糊优化设计

摘    要:应用模糊优化原理和有限元分析技术,对超精密机床中柔性铰链的结构进行了模糊多目标优化设计。在设计过程中,利用权重最大最小法和隶属函数形式的选择,综合考虑了各个目标函数与约束条件的重要程度,实现了该结构的三个垂直方向刚度和扭转刚度的合理分配。设计结果表明,本文所采用的方法对于工程实际问题是完全可行的。

Abstract:Multi objective optimization for the flexible hinged structur of the ultra precision machine tool is completed by using fuzzy optimization theory and finite element analysis. In the design process, the importance of the objective functions and the constraint functions is considered synthetically using the Weight Max Min Method and selection of the membership functions, therefore distribution of three vertical conditional rigidity and torsional rigidity is reasonable. The design results indicate that our method can be used to solve engineering problems.
