聚氨酯泡沫喷涂技术在旧容器保温大修中的应用研究

摘    要:针对油田金属容器大修工程量的增大和容器保温技术存在的问题,大庆油田开展了聚氨酯泡沫喷涂技术在旧容器保温大修中的应用试验。通过现场试验,优化了聚氨酯泡沫原料配比,确定了合理的聚氨酯泡沫喷涂施工工艺。测试结果表明,聚氨酯泡沫保温层具有重量轻、强度高、吸水率低、保温效果好、离火自熄等特点;铝塑复合板作为聚氨酯泡沫保温层的外护层,具有结构美观、轻便、耐化学腐蚀性能和抗紫外线老化性能好,并且基本不需固定支架、钢带等优点。

Abstract:To aim at existent problems of heat insulation technology and increased engineering volume, application research to polyurethane foam spraying technology in overhaul of old vessel was carried out in Daqing oil field. Through field test, polyurethane foam raw material match has been optimized & reasonable polyurethane foam spray construction technology has been determined. It is showed in the test result that polyurethane foam heat-insulation layer has advantages such as weight light, strength high, absorbing water rate low and high heat -insulation effect and so on. As outside protection layer of polyurethane foam heat -insulation layer, aluminum molded compound board has advantages such as structure beautiful , portable, enduring, chemical anticorrosive and good behavior of resistance of ultraviolet ray. Additional, regular support and steel band basically do not required.
