摘    要:钻井过程中,出现井漏特别是恶性井漏后,将给钻井工程带来一系列的难题。对于采用常规的钻井液堵漏方法不能解决的恶性井漏,应用气体钻井来钻穿漏失井段,可以避免在易漏失井段出现的漏失。在考虑漏失层特性参数对气体钻井影响的基础上,通过地层岩石吸水膨胀室内实验,分析了漏失层特性参数与气体钻井的关系,提出采用气体钻井来钻过漏失层或漏、水共层井段,解决了既有漏失层又有含水层或漏、水共层的井段的钻井难题。为钻遇复杂恶性漏失层井段选取欠平衡钻井方式提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Lost circulations, especially serious lost circulations, will often bring out a series of challenges to drilling engineering. For those serious lost circulations, traditional drilling fluid plugging technology does not work, and gas drilling technology is used to drill the thief zones to avoid fluid loss. The effects of thief zone parameters on gas drilling are studied by doing rock swelling experiment, the results of which have provided solution for drilling challenges in water bearing thief zones and have provided a theoretical evidence for adopting UBD to drill serious thief zones.
