摘    要:苏77区块位于苏里格气田东部,属于典型的低孔、低渗、低压气藏,常规压裂液存在残渣含量高、不易返排、对储层伤害大等不利因素.研制了一种新型低伤害羧甲基瓜胶压裂液,该压裂液稠化剂用量小,比常规瓜胶压裂液的用量减少1/3~1/2;该羧甲基瓜胶水不溶物含量低,比常规瓜胶平均降低90%;压裂液残渣含量低,在105℃下残渣含量小于150 mg/L,仅为常规瓜胶压裂液的30%左右;压裂液弹性优于黏性,携砂性能好,破胶彻底.该压裂液在苏77-17-9H井进行了试验应用,压裂效果显著,其适用于类似苏里格气田的低渗气藏.

Abstract:The block Su77 is of low permeability, low porosity and low pressure gas reservoir, which common fracturing fluids is harm to this kind of reservoirs.To overcome these difficulties, a new kind of low damage carboxymethyl fracturing fluid system is developed, the usage of that is less than the conventional for 1/3-1/2, the amount of insolubles are lower than the conventional for 90%, and the residue is smaller than 150 mg/L at 150℃ that is 30% of the conventional.The application is very successful, which is suit for the reservoirs in block Su77.
