Analysis on the Science and Technology Archives Management of the Radio Station in Digital Era

With the development of broadcasting,the informatization and electronicization has gone deeper and deeper,which has proposed new require to the radio stations archives management.The author is going to discuss the archives management in the digital era from the following aspects:more attention on the archives management,to establish and perfect the rules and regulation on the management and evaluation system,to strengthen the inspection,to catch up the archives informatization and make the digitization science and technology archives management,to improve the archives administrators professional qualities and so on.
