| 摘 要： | 基于SCN-对新荧光试剂 2 ,2 ,7,7,12 ,12 ,17,17-八甲基 - 2 1,2 2 ,2 3,2 4 -四氧杂四烯锂 (LiTOE)的荧光熄灭 ,建立了测定SCN-的荧光分析方法。在 pH =6 .0的KH2 PO4-NaOH缓冲体系中 ,测定的最大激发 /发射波长为 2 4 5nm/2 96nm ,线性范围为 1.5 0× 10 -6～ 7.5 0× 10 -4mol·L-1,检出限为 3.2 0× 10 -7mol·L-1,并将其应用于人体血清及吸烟人和非吸烟人唾液中痕量SCN-的测定
