静电电磁脉冲及其理论建模研究

摘    要:分析了静电放电的电路模型和静电放电辐射场模型,指出了当前各种理论模型的问题和适用范围,提出了适合计算静电电磁场的"改进偶极子模型".在研究静电放电辐射场对电子设备形成干扰的基础上,进行了数值计算与仿真,计算结果表明,在静电起电与放电同时发生的过程中,起电率的大小对形成静电干扰有重要影响.为此,建议有关静电理论建模与危害防护研究应考虑静电起电-放电的全过程.

Abstract:The model of field radiated by electrostatic discharge(ESD) and its circuit model have been analyzed. The faults and limitation of current theoretical models have been pointed out. An improved dipole model has been put forward that is adapted to be used to calculate electrostatic electromagnetic field. On the basis of study on interference of electronic sets from field radiated by electrostatic discharge, the authors have achieved numerical calculation and simulation. The result testifies that charge rate has important effect on forming electrostatic interference in the course of electrostatic charge and discharge at the same time. Therefore, it is suggested that the all course of electrostatic charge and discharge should be take into account in studying theory modeling and electrostatic protection.
