滚子链链板挤孔强化处理的试验研究

摘    要:用试验方法确定了挤孔对链板疲劳寿命的影响,从理论上分析了在最佳挤孔量下,链板疲劳寿命提高的因素,用有限元法计算了16A链板的最佳挤孔量,并与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明,用弹塑性有限变形理论和有限元方法计算出的链板最佳挤孔量具有工程实际上的可用性。给出了计算链板最佳挤孔量的有效计算方法。

Abstract:The factors to influence fatigue life of chain plate are concluded by experimental methods.The factors to prolong life of chain plate are analyzed by theoretical methods.The maximum value of crushing hole in 16A roller chain plate is calculated by finite element method. The comparison between experimental results and theoretical results show that to calculate the value of crushing hole in roller chain plate has practical significance. The method to calculate value of crushing hole in roller chain plate is introduced.
