摘    要:介绍一种以交流变频调速主轴电机驱动、串接一个3档分级变速机构,实现主轴无级变速的数控车床主运动传动系统。本系统满足主轴以最低转速切削时有足够大的功率,主轴恒功率区的变速范围较大且没有功率缺口,总降速比大,增扭倍数多,恒扭矩区的扭矩大。本分级变速机构采用背轮机构,为独立的简单变速箱,可以做成通用部件。这种分离传动布局形式比集中传动有诸多优点。

Abstract:In this paper, a type of NC lathe's main transmission agent by using a frequency modulation AC Spindle Motor and a tree speed gear box to make the spindle speeds be stepless change was present. This agent has following properties: Cut power would be quite large at minimum spindle speed;The speed change range of spindle at maximum constant cut power be wide and have no power loss notch ;The total decreasing speed ratio be large,the increasing torque may also be large. The step change mechanism is a simple return gear box which may form a universal part. It may have some advantages of two simple boxes than one compond box in a main transmission system of machine tool.
