飞机Z形框滚弯加工数值模拟与分析

摘    要:采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对飞机Z形框滚弯及其回弹过程进行三维动态仿真模拟。模拟结果表明,在Z形框滚弯过程中,型材截面的4个角处均存在应力集中现象;随着弯曲半径的增大,塑性应变值减小;塑性应变的最大值出现在受压侧缘条的中部;塑性应变为零的部位基本在Z形框高度的中线处。文章研究了各种因素对Z形框滚弯回弹的影响。研究结果显示,Z形框回弹半径随着弯曲半径的增大而增大,随着型材厚度的增大而减小,随着应变刚模量D值的增大而增大。

Abstract:The three-dimensional dynamical analog simulation of roll-bending process and spring back of the airplane Z-profiled frame was implemented using ANSYS finite element analysis software.The simulative results indicate that in the roll bending process,stress concentration exist at the right angle region of the section;plastic strain decreases with the increase of the bending radius;the maximum plastic strain exists at the middle part of the side strip being pressed;position of the zero plastic strain exist at the centre line along the height direction of the section.The study on the effect of various factors on the spring back of Z-profiled frame during roll-bending shows that,spring back radius increases with the increase of the bending radius and the plastic modulus;and decreases with the increase of the thickness.
