内置液轮机换热管的换热研究

摘    要:介绍了微型液轮机的结构及其自动除垢防垢并强化传热的原理。采用自行设计的套管式传热实验装置及流程,进行了内置液轮机换热管的换热性能实验研究。实验研究结果表明,换热管内置液轮机时的总传热系数比无液轮机时要大,说明内置液轮机可提高换热效果。

Abstract:The presents the structure of the mini-hydraulic turbine and the theory of promoting heat exchange while automatically removing and resisting fouling. The heat exchange performance of the miniature hydraulic turbine is investigated in the lab with self-designed experimental device and flow. Result shows that the heat transfer coefficient K is increased when the mini-hydraulic turbine is fixed in the heat exchanger tubes.
