隔爆一体式变频电机的层叠母线设计

摘    要:在对矿用变频器样机的研制与安装过程中,发现一体化电机系统中变频器内部电磁干扰不能有效地被屏蔽.为了减小内部电磁干扰,从机械强度、低感母线、电磁兼容等角度,采取层叠母线设计方案,把多层薄铜板与绝缘板热压成一体,并在端子引出点把所需的铜排引出以构成层叠母线结构.通过工程计算和软件仿真,证明了该母线可以有效地减小功率母线对电机驱动器的空间电磁干扰,有利于降低功率模块在开关过程中的过压,从而保障系统安全可靠地运行.

Abstract:During the manufacture and installation of mine-used converter prototype,the EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) in converter cannot be shielded. In order to reduce the EMI,the terrace generatrix hot-pressed by copperplates and insulated plates was designed with considering the mechanical strength,low stray inductance bus bar and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility).
