心电信号预处理方法研究与评价

摘    要:分别对三种滤波方法,即传统的傅立叶变换滤波、小波分析滤波以及经验模态分析滤波进行了分析、研究、比较.通过小波变换处理,可抑制心电信号高频噪声;利用经验模态分析(EMD)滤波,可抑制心电信号内混叠噪声;从理论分析入手,以MIT—BIH标准数据库中的心律失常数据作为仿真对象,进行了滤波仿真对比.进而从理论与仿真效果两方面比较了这三种滤波方法的缺点及优势.

Abstract:Three denoising methods including empirical mode decomposition (EMD), wavelet transform and FIR filter are discussed. Through wavelet transform, the high frequency noises was restrained effectively. The essential of empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is calm to time-sequence signal. Theoretical analysis and the simulation with the MIT/BIH data are performed to compare the de-noising effect of the three different methods.
