摘    要:SAW RFID已被广泛认定为第二代RFID技术。但是,由于受标签尺寸的限制,声表面波标签还不能应用于零售等小物品的识别上。为了减小声表面波标签的整体尺寸,本文仿真模拟了压电基底为不同晶体以及相同晶体不同切向时声表面波的性质,为选择高频率稳定性和高能量转换效率的基底材料提供了依据。高的频率稳定性和能量转换效率,可以使声表面波标签具有更加紧凑的结构,进而减小压电基片的尺寸。设计了一款小型化贴片天线,测量验证了这款小型化天线完全满足声表面波射频识别的需要。

Abstract:SAW RFID has been widely recognized as the second generation of RFID technology.However,due to label size limits,SAW tags can not apply to retail and other small items of recognition.In order to reduce the overall size of SAW tags,surface acoustic wave with different substrate materials are simulated.Provides a basis to select substrate materials with high frequency stability and energy conversion efficiency,which allows the design of surface acoustic wave has a more compact structure,reducing the size of the piezoelectric substrate.Designed a miniature patch antenna,measuring this antenna is verified to satisfy the need of SAW RFID.
