Abstract:Research on the seasonings of varied fine dried noodles is one of the emphases competition between the production enterprise.The key of the research on the flavor seasonings is to attain the bal- ance of flavor and taste,while delicious taste and suitable fragrance is also one of the most inportant standards of the compotmdet seasonings.
