大数据时代下的新型电网规划体系

摘    要:为适应电力大数据带来的技术和理念上的转变,作为电网建设和发展的重要环节,建立信息化、智能化的电力大规划体系势在必行。针对大数据环境下电网规划体系中的数据获取、数据处理和数据应用方案,提出并设计了新型电网规划体系;分别对电网规划大数据的获取和非结构化数据的应用进行详细的分析,并从技术、人员、管理等方面对新型电网规划体系的建设和发展提出建议。

Abstract:As an important part of power grid’s construction and development, it is imperative to establish informatization and intelligent power grid planning system, in order to deal with the change of technology and idea caused by the electric power big data. In the view of data acquisition, processing and application schemes of power grid planning system in the background of big data, a new planning system was proposed. Then, the acquisition of big data and the application of unstructured data in power grid planning were analyzedin detail. This paperproposed some suggestions for the promotion of the new power grid planning system from aspects of technology, staff, management, etc.
