摘    要:针对大连金州热电有限公司2台UG-75/5.3-m3型循环流化床锅炉因尾部受热面磨损严重影响锅炉出力且保证不了锅炉连续稳定运行问题,对防磨问题进行了深入研究.对UC-75/5.3m3型锅炉尾部受热面改造及防磨问题进行阐述,提出可行性方案予以实施。改造后,锅炉可连续稳定运行并达到额定出力。

Abstract:Serious wearing problems existed on the tail-heating surfaces of two UG-75/5.3-m3 type circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) boilers in Dalian Jinzhou Cogeneration Power Company Ltd., which affected the output and stable operation of boilers. In view of these problems, the retrofitting scheme and antiwear measures of tail-heating surfaces of UG-75/5.3-m3 boilers were thoroughly studied. The feasible retrofitting scheme was put forward and fulfilled. After retrofitting, the boilers have been able to operate stable and continuously at full load.
