液压系统噪音产生的原因与降噪技术

摘    要:本文通过对广钢双膛石灰窑液压系统在生产运行过程中的噪音和振动原因进行了分析,认为柱塞泵的噪音是液压系统噪音产生的主要原因,而柱塞泵出口的流量脉动和压力脉动则是造成次级噪音的原因。并提出解决问题的途径之一是采用具有P—Q控制降噪新技术的柱塞泵,认为这种柱塞泵能够更有效地减少柱塞泵泵体产生的噪音量以及柱塞泵出口流量脉动和压力脉动引起的次级噪音量。

Abstract:Based in the operation of hydraulic system in Guanggang' s Double-hearth Lime Kiln, this paper reckons noise of piston pump as the cause of the hydraulic system' s noise, in which the pulse of flow and pressure in the piston pump outlet is the cause of secondary noise. It also points out one of the precautions is to apply the piston pump with advanced P - Q noise-removing technology, which can more effectively decline the noise coming from piston pump and the secondary noise stemming from pulse of flow and pressure .
