带凸形封头非标平焊法兰的设计方法

摘    要:在常规设计标准中,凸形封头和法兰单独进行设计,不考虑两者间的相互作用.然而,迄今为止尚无带凸形封头非标法兰的设计规范.基于应力分类思想,建立了带凸形封头非标平焊法兰的设计方法.该方法考虑了封头和法兰之间的相互影响,显著地改善了联接处薄弱部位受力状态;同时,有效地降低了制造成本,提高了经济效益.

Abstract:Flanges and convex heads are designed separately by ignoring their interaction in design by rules (DBR), and there is no design specification for delete nonstandard flange with convex head so far. A method based on stress classification on design of united plate flange with convex head is presented. This method takes the interaction between flange and convex head into account and greatly improves the stress state on the weakest locations. It still achieves lowered manufacturing cost and economic profit.
