| 摘 要： | 近几年来,随着江汉油田不断深化改革、加快发展,从战略高度解决油田建设发展模式问题已经非常突出。首次提出"一企两地"模式构架及"深化改革、完善矿区,依托潜江、双向纳入,外向发展、分兵突围,搬迁总部、一企两地"的具体操作原则,可望对企地高层决策提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the last few years,with the unceasing reform of Jianghan Oilfield,it is more and more important to solve the problem about oilfield construction and development pattern from the strategy.The author,for the first time,proposes "One Business Two Places" pattern and specific operation principles of "deepening the reform,consummating the mining area,relying on Qianjiang,two-way integration,extroverted development,dividing forces to break through,moving the headquarters,one business two places",in hopes that it can provide reference to the business high-level decision-making. |
