摘    要:简述了可见光光催化机理,该机理与紫外光光催化机理的不同之处在于其电荷传输与分离机制。综述了近年来具有可见光活性的光催化材料的研究进展。贵金属、过渡金属及其化合物的掺杂、染料光敏化、氮掺杂和在适当载体上的负载可使复合物的复合禁带宽度小于TiO2的禁带宽度,从而使TiO2的吸收带发生红移,实现可见光响应,其中,氮掺杂ZnO或氮掺杂TiO2及其复合半导体具有较好的可见光光催化活性,另外一些氮氧化物、氮化物及许多钙钛矿型半导体可以作为可见光分解水的有效催化剂。

Abstract:The visible-light-induced photocatalytic mechanism is briefly stated.The mechanism is almost the same as that of the ultraviolet-light-induced photocatalysis except for its charge transmission and separation mechanism.The research progress of visible-light-induced photocatalytic materials is reviewed in the past few years.By the doping of noble metal,transition metal ion and their compounds,or nitrogen doping,or loading on proper carriers,the band gap energy of the composite will be less than that of titanium dioxide,which induces the red shift of the absorption edge to respond to visible light.Zinc oxide with nitrogen doping,titanium dioxide with nitrogen doping and their composite semiconductor photocatalysts are reported to be very reactive in visible light irradiation.In addition,some oxynitrides,nitrides and many perovskite semiconductors can act as effective catalysts in the visible-light decomposition of water.
